Machine Gun Kelly Shared ‘Taurus’ From His New Movie


On the heels of his new film, Taurus, Machine Gun Kelly has shared the music “Taurus” from the film’s soundtrack. On the music, Kelly and vocalist Naomi Wolf battle with their ideas, as they wrestle to put in writing them down into phrases. It’s a rap monitor, in contrast to Kelly’s current rock-leaning output.

“I search you out, slay you alive / Another phrase and also you gained’t survive / And I’m not fearful of your stolen energy / I see proper by you within the eye,” they sing on the music’s refrain.

Taurus is a semi-autobiographical movie that tells the story of Cole Taurus, performed by Kelly, a troubled musician on the lookout for inspiration for his new music. In an interview with Variety, Kelly, who’s credited as Colson Baker within the movie, mentioned he turned to himself for inspiration for the movie — particularly for a number of the movie’s darker components.
