Joyce Wrice Announces ‘Motive,’ Her New EP


Joyce Wrice plans to kick off October with new music. Following her critically acclaimed debut album, Overgrown, Wrice is about to drop her new EP, Motive subsequent month. The EP will primarily function manufacturing by Kaytranada.

Forward of the EP, Wrice shared the Kill Invoice-inspired video for “Iced Tea” yesterday. The music “Iced Tea” arrived this previous March, precisely a yr after the discharge of Overgrown. With Motive, Wrice needed to create a mission with extra uptempo tracks as a bridge between her debut and her sophomore albums.

“In between coming off of my debut album and brainstorming concepts for my sophomore album, I used to be motivated to create an EP that the world might dance to,” stated Wrice in an announcement. “This new mission is experimental, enjoyable, carefree, and attractive.
