We’re simply over per week away from 6lack‘s long-anticipated third studio album, Since I Have A Lover. In the present day (March 16), the elusive R&B star gave us one other style from the album. On his new music, “Deadly Attraction,” 6lack croons over a rattling drum and hypnotic piano monitor, as he laments a star-crossed love.
“Deadly attraction, ah / I’ll trip for you, trip for you, trip for you / Die for you, die for you, die for you / Dwell her and cry for you, slide with you / Make me by no means wanna go away ya / Deadly attraction,” he sings on the music’s refrain.
6lack kicked off the Since I Have A Lover period earlier this month, with the album’s title monitor as its lead single. On “Since I Have A Lover,” 6lack is on cloud 9, as he sings of the fun of falling in love. Final week, 6lack shared “Talkback,” on which, he expresses that he’s at peace and unapologetic about his wins — no matter what haters and naysayers say.
Whereas “Deadly Attraction” is extra unhappy in tone, it feels reflective in a really wholesome method.
