Halestorm have announced that their brand-new single ‘Darkness Always Wins’ will arrive on April 22.
The first taste of the follow-up to 2022 album ‘Back From The Dead’, a clip of a flickering lighter flame was shared via the band’s official Instagram, soundtracked by a gentle, atmospheric snippet of the song.
On ‘Darkness Always Wins’, guitarist Joe Hottinger has shared:
“We wrote this down in Savannah, GA. It was the first song we wrote for what became the album. It was like a test session… we went down there to see how it was working with Dave Cobb. Wrote and recorded this in two days at his then new studio. It was the beginning of a beautiful relationship that turned into a beautiful album. Can’t wait for everyone to hear what we’ve been up to.”
